Session Two:
Executive
Presence

The quality of “executive presence” is crucial to credibility, and, therefore, your ability to inspire confidence, influence others and achieve business results. Executive Presence is a high-level, individualized session which enhances each participant’s ability to build powerful relationships (at all levels of the organization) quickly and consistently. As part of the customized session, participants receive one-on-one coaching and will be digitally recorded.

Communicating
with
Confidence

Regardless of your role or title, it is critical to be seen, heard and understood. How you “show up” drives how you are perceived by customers, colleagues and leaders. This customized session provides a model and offers skill development practice to present your message with confidence, credibility and connection. Session incorporates group practice, real-time coaching and improvisational techniques used to make practical shifts that can be immediately recognized and utilized.

 
Session Three:
Visibility and
Networking

This customized session takes a fresh approach to networking and incorporates the philosophy of Adam Grant (Wharton Business School). It’s all about connections: making them, maintaining them, and strategically leveraging them. We will reinforce the framework around effective networking and learn a three-step formula to help even the

most reticent people become more comfortable with the process. By expanding and leveraging your network, you can better manage your career and contributions to the organization. 

 
Session Four:
Effective Leadership Style

It is not just WHAT you do in business that matters, but it is also HOW you do it. This customized session incorporates the DiSC® assessment and helps leaders become clear on how they are "showing up"; what about their style and approach is facilitating collaboration and results, and what could potentially be hindering them. This session will help participants become familiar with other leadership styles, knowing how to spot them, and flex accordingly to help you achieve results faster and easier. Case study examples can be supplied, customized and facilitated as team learning where appropriate. This session can also be tailored to delve into skills surrounding conflict resolution, delegation and team building. 

 
Session Five:
Power of
Priorities

In today’s business world, there is always more to do than there are hours in the day. Business leaders need to prioritize effectively.  In this customized session, participants will identify and practice the skills necessary to be a successful leader and also maintain this holistic,

work-life integration. By identifying obstacles to their effectiveness, like meeting mania, mismanaged technology, lack of boundaries and perfectionism, participants will develop strategies that will allow them to be more focused and “play at a higher level."

 
Session Six:
Lead with
EQ

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is critical to success in all organizations. This developmental skill can improve your life both professionally and personally by allowing you to make better connections that drive results. This customized session addresses the four core EQ skills: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management. After completing an online assessment, participants learn proven strategies to work on their gap areas and amp up their strengths. These strategies enable you to capitalize on the skills responsible for 58 percent of performance in all types of jobs (Source: EQ 2.0 Bradberry and Greaves).  Practical, real-life, coaching case studies ensure that the theory turns into action.

 
Session Seven:
DiSC®
Assessment

DiSC® is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. DiSC® is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences. This comprehensive model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviors to others.  This process can be utilized within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position or other relationships.  A research-validated learning model, DiSC® provides participants with tips, strategies and action plans.

As a trained and certified leadership coach, I help people identify their strengths, honestly address their gaps and develop relationships that will support them as they grow professionally and personally.

My style is compassionate and empathetic but also direct. By bringing my 20-plus years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, I am known for being able to tell people what they NEED to hear not just what they WANT to hear. 

I help people break down what is getting in their way into key pieces. We then work together to implement an action plan to address and practice techniques and strategies.  I help clients heighten awareness of their own strengths and style and that of their colleagues, which results in tangible impact to effectiveness, outcomes and the bottom line.
